Equity Research Analyst, U.S. Equities (AI)Market Sentiment is hiring an Equity Research Analyst to cover U.S. companies across the AI trade. You'll build institutional-quality models, publish decision-ready research, and work directly with the founder on high-conviction calls in a live portfolio. Our research reaches 50,000+ readers, so your work is public, attributable, and judged on whether it's right.Location & hours: Bengaluru. Full-time in-office for the first 3 months, hybrid after. Hours are 11 AM to 9 PM IST, which covers the U.S. market open.What you'll doOwn coverage. Cover a rolling list of U.S. equities across the AI supply chain. Know each name well enough to defend a view on it at any time.Build the models. Build full three-statement models, DCF and comps, and line-by-line breakdowns of 10-Ks and 10-Qs.Publish fast and deep. Write short notes within 12–24 hours of an earnings print or major event, and monthly deep dives. Every piece separates fact, analysis, and inference.Run the watchlist. Maintain the AI watchlist with traffic-light status, KPI trackers, and beat/miss setups ahead of every print.Build leverage. Pull and clean data, build repeatable screens, and automate anything you do twice.Contribute independent judgment.
