Role OverviewThis is a 3-month, full-time paid internship for recent graduates and final-year students with 0–1 years of relevant experience. It is designed for people who want to build a serious career in public equity investing and develop strong investment judgment.Interns who perform very well could be offered a permanent analyst position at the end of the internship.You will do real research work from day one: building financial models, understanding businesses and industries, valuation, and the key drivers behind company performance. You will work closely with our analysts and portfolio manager and get regular, direct feedback on your work.This is a full-time, fully in-office role based in central Bucharest. We do not offer remote or work-from-home positions.3. ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will includeBuilding and maintaining financial models and dashboardsResearching listed companies, industries, competitors, and value chainsWriting and organizing high-quality research notes and internal materialsParticipating in calls and meetings with company managementSupporting idea generation and internal investment discussionsUsing AI tools effectively to improve speed, depth, and research quality4. Candidate ProfileBackgroundWe are looking for candidates who have recently completed, or are about to complete, a master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or an other analytically demanding field. Relevant work experience is not required. Internships or part-time work in a related area count in your favour.
