We are a specialist Learning & Communications company offering clients a range of highly creative learning techniques coupled with the ability to project manage major training roll outs.Due to a major new client win we now seek an experienced HR/Training Project Manager to:Account and project manage the roll out of a major training programme for our client.Key deliverable - external:Very high client satisfaction through * maintaining excellent working relationships with key contacts in client* careful management of project detail to ensure right people/right place/ right time* close liaison with our administration and schedule teamKey deliverables - internal:* Deliver project on time and in budget* Identification of additional revenue opportunties within client (to be followed up by others).Key skills:* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills* Strong reporting with attention to detailExperience:* Training and/or HR related experience* Training project management or similar* Account managing at senior manager level in major organisation* Knowledge of 6 Sigma processes and training would be helpful.The contract is not expected to be full time. We anticipate 2-3 days per week for 6 months.The role may suit a highly experienced individual who wishes to combine interesting, challenging work with other activites (ie. parenting, caring, sports training etc). The hours will be flexible within the clients' schedule.
