ERP/Applications Consultant

About the RoleWe're seeking an ERP/Applications Consultant to support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and integrations for clients across our IT/OT staff augmentation practice — including work order management, asset management, and financial/operational ERP platforms used alongside utility and industrial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP and enterprise application modules (finance, asset management, work management, supply chain). Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration. Support integration between ERP platforms and operational systems (GIS, work management, SCADA-adjacent systems). Troubleshoot application issues and support end-user training. Participate in data migration, testing, and cutover activities for ERP implementations. Document configurations, integration points, and support procedures.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting ERP/enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Maximo, or similar). Strong requirements-gathering and configuration skills. Experience working directly with business stakeholders on system implementations. Solid documentation and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with an ERP platform used in utility, industrial, or asset-intensive environments (Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle EAM). Systems integration experience connecting ERP to operational technology platforms. Consulting background supporting client implementations.
