About the role: We're looking for an ERP Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client needs and smart, workable ERP solutions from requirements gathering all the way to a successful live run.Eligibility: Only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents due to lacking of quotaKindly note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contactedWhat you will do:Understand clients' business functions and objectives to propose efficient solutionsConceptualize and design user-friendly system interfacesPrepare detailed specifications, design documents, and test casesManage project scope and schedules to meet committed timelinesMonitor the full SDLC and drive projects through to a successful live runTrain clients on ERP software solutions and provide post-implementation support

Requirements

Graduates with degree from Computer Science or System Information, Accounting, or Business StudiesStrong interest in ERP solutions, e.g. Project Costing, Supply Chain Management, Finance or PayrollResponsible for answering queries in English, Mandarin language on system maintenance and application solutions for Chinese's marketKeen interest in Project Implementation and ManagementGood inter-personal communication skillProactive, highly self-motivated, result oriented and can work independentlyMust be very Customer-OrientedAbility to prioritize and handle multitasks
