Business Systems AnalystLocation: South HollandType: Full-time, permanentWorking pattern: Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day working from homeAbout the roleWe're recruiting on behalf of an established, growing organisation in South Holland, part of a wider international group, for a Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of day-to-day business systems and drive their ongoing improvement.This is a hands-on role at the centre of how the business runs its systems, combining system ownership, process improvement, and project coordination, with direct visibility to the wider European Business Systems function.Key responsibilitiesAct as the local subject matter expert for business systems, proactively improving system usage and effectivenessOwn and continuously improve day-to-day system administration, including configuration, master data, access management, and monitoringProactively identify, investigate, and resolve system issues, acting as an escalation pointEnsure systems remain optimised, stable, and aligned to business needsWhat we're looking forStrong ERP experience is essentialExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus, but not requiredComfortable owning system administration end-to-end, not just supporting itStrong process improvement mindset, with experience documenting and refining business processesPower BI and reporting/data analysis experienceConfident communicator, able to escalate clearly and work across a wider European structureFluent Dutch and EnglishWhat's on offerFull-time, permanent role with long-term stabilityGenuine ownership of business systems within a growing, international organisationOnsite role with flexibility for 1 day working from homeDirect visibility and reporting line into the European Business Systems function
