Job Title: ERP Developer & Systems AnalystLocation: Bhandup, MumbaiReporting To: Managing Director / Project ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:As we expand our food production and processing capabilities in India, we are seeking a versatile ERP Developer & Systems Analyst. Working under the direction of the IT Project Manager, this hands-on technical role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting specialized manufacturing software while integrating operational, supply chain, and financial data into Microsoft Dynamics 365.The ideal candidate brings a hybrid skill set: the coding capability to build and maintain custom software modules, the analytical capability to build data models and reports, and the technical agility to provide ongoing system support for factory and corporate operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Software Development & System ReplicationCore Application Engineering: Develop, customize, and maintain application modules for manufacturing operations (raw material intake, processing parameters, packaging, and dispatch).International System Mapping: Analyze and replicate existing ERP/manufacturing software workflows from our overseas facilities, adapting the codebase to fit local Indian operations.API & Middleware Integrations: Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and data pipelines to ensure seamless real-time data sync between local plant software and Microsoft Dynamics 365.2. Systems Maintenance & Application SupportLevel 2/3 Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for resolving application bugs, transactional errors, and system glitches across manufacturing, logistics, and finance modules.Database Administration: Maintain database integrity (SQL), perform regular health checks, and optimize query performance to prevent operational downtime.Release & Patch Management: Test, deploy, and document software updates, bug fixes, and system patches.3. Data Analytics & Business IntelligenceDashboard & Report Development: Design and deploy operational dashboards and financial reports using Power BI and SSRS to track manufacturing KPIs, yield, and freight performance.Data Modeling & Validation: Query complex datasets (SQL) to audit system data accuracy, identify process bottlenecks, and provide actionable analytics to leadership.Essential Qualifications & Technical Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development, ERP system maintenance, and data analysis within a manufacturing, supply chain, or food processing environment.Technical Stack:Programming & ERP: Proficiency in C# / .NET, Python, or X++ (Dynamics AX / D365).Databases: Advanced SQL skills (writing complex queries, stored procedures, joins, and database optimization).Business Intelligence: Strong experience with Power BI, SSRS, and MS Excel for data modeling and reporting.Integrations: Experience building/consuming REST/SOAP APIs and managing ETL data pipelines.International Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Turkey) for technical study trips to review system architecture and codebases.#ERPDEVELOPMENT #SOFTWAREDEVELOPMENT #SYSTEMS ANALYST
