The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize ERP system performance.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications and modules based on business requirements.• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• Design, develop, test, and deploy ERP customizations, integrations, and reports.• Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and services.• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues and system defects.• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.• Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to improve business processes.• Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance.• Provide technical support and training when required.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in ERP development.• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.• Proficiency in SQL and database management.• Experience with ERP customization, workflow development, and system integration.• Strong programming skills in relevant technologies (C#, .NET, Java, Python, or ERP-specific languages).• Experience developing reports and dashboards.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Good communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with Odoo ERP, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar ERP platforms.• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.• Experience in cloud-based ERP environments.• Understanding of finance, HR, procurement, inventory, and supply chain modules.How to Apply : 📩 Please send your updated CV and answers to the pre-interview questions to:sohila.haddad@synkroniza.com📌 Subject: Backend Developer (Laravel)🔹 Shortlisted candidates will receive updates and interview invitations via LinkedIn.Please ensure you are following our company page.
