ERP Functional Consultant (Supply Chain)

We are seeking a ERP Functional Consultant with specialization in supply chain & Retail with the following details.5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant (Business Analyst), preferably in FMCG manufacturing or related industries, with strong ERP expertise (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).Strong understanding of end-to-end FMCG supply chain processes, including Procurement, Planning, Production, Inventory, Warehousing, Sales, Distribution, O2C, and P2P.Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, customizing, testing, and supporting RMS/Retail and ERP solutions.Excellent requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation (BRDs/FRDs), gap analysis, and solution design skills.Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.Understanding of APIs, cross-application integrations, system dependencies, UAT, change requests, training, and Go-Live support.Ability to work independently, drive process/system improvements, provide consulting support, and mentor junior team members.
