ERP Implementation Lead (D365 F&O) – Client Side

We are embarking on a major enterprise transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). While we have an implementation partner handling technical execution, we need an internal, high-ownership Client-Side ERP Lead to represent our business interests, drive project governance, and ensure seamless adoption across the organization.Location: DubaiNotice Period: Max 30 daysKey ResponsibilitiesVendor & Scope Management: Serve as our primary internal project manager, holding the implementation partner accountable to timelines, deliverables, budgets, and SLAs.Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge the gap between executive leadership, department heads, and technical vendor teams to translate business requirements into standard D365 F&O processes.Process & Data Integrity: Oversee business process mapping, master data cleansing, migration strategies, and solution validation across Finance and Supply Chain.UAT & Change Management: Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), design end-user training programs, and lead organizational change to maximize post-go-live adoption.Risk Mitigation & Governance: Track project milestones, manage scope changes, flag risks early, and provide clear progress reporting to steering committees.What We Are Looking For5+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Proven track record of managing implementation vendors and third-party partners from the client side.Strong functional domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Operations.Demonstrated success in change management, stakeholder facilitation, and risk mitigation.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
