Read more about other benefits and perks HERE!What We DoGroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.What You'll Be DoingThe ERP Program Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and execution of the organization’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem. This role oversees the performance, optimization, and evolution of current ERP platforms (including Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain Management), while leading the selection, implementation, and rollout of future ERP solutions.The ERP Program Director ensures alignment between technology and business objectives, drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and delivers ERP programs across scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets. This role partners closely with IT and business leadership—including Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain—to enable scalable, efficient, and integrated business processes.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesERP Strategy & TransformationDefine and drive the enterprise ERP strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational goals.Lead ERP system selection, including business case development, vendor evaluation, and executive alignment.Oversee full lifecycle ERP implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.Drive business process transformation by leveraging ERP capabilities to improve efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure ERP solutions remain competitive and forward-looking.Program Leadership & ExecutionLead and govern complex, multi-phase ERP programs, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.Establish program governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting cadence, and escalation protocols.Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.Develop and implement ERP delivery methodologies, standards, and best practices.ERP Systems Oversight & OperationsProvide strategic and operational oversight of existing ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Change Management, Dynamics GP and Business Central.Ensure system stability, performance, security, and ongoing optimization.Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise applications.Review and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet evolving organizational needs.Team & Resource LeadershipLead and develop the ERP function, including direct oversight of Database Administrators (DBAs) and technical resources.Ensure database performance, data integrity, system reliability, and security standards are maintained.Allocate resources effectively across ERP programs and operational support activities.Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to program managers, project managers, and technical teams.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the primary liaison between IT and business functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain).Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure ERP systems effectively support business processes.Drive stakeholder alignment and organizational adoption of ERP solutions.Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.Risk, Governance & ComplianceEstablish and maintain ERP governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.Identify, assess, and mitigate program and system risks; implement proactive issue resolution processes.Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Address complex system, data integrity, and process issues with structured resolution approaches.Financial & Vendor ManagementDevelop and manage ERP program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.Track performance against KPIs, milestones, and ROI objectives.Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and consultants.Negotiate and oversee ERP-related contracts and service agreements.Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).8–10+ years of ERP management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience leading ERP system selection and large-scale implementations.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Change Management.Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations.Experience managing technical teams, including DBAs and system resources.Key CompetenciesStrategic leadership and executionERP program and portfolio managementBusiness process transformationChange management and organizational adoptionRisk identification and mitigationFinancial management and budget oversightCross-functional collaboration and executive communicationStrong technical acumen, including database and system architecture awarenessPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing or supply chain environmentsGlobal or multi-site ERP implementation experiencePMP, PgMP, or ERP-related certifications
