Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Title: ERP Program Manager – Oracle Fusion ImplementationLocation: Dammam, Saudi Arabia (On-site)Industry: Oil & Gas DrillingRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a leading Oil & Gas Drilling organization in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will act as an independent PMO representative, ensuring successful program governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead and govern the end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program.Establish and manage PMO processes, project controls, reporting frameworks, and governance structures.Coordinate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, system integrators, and executive leadership.Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Drive steering committee meetings and executive-level status reporting.Ensure alignment between business objectives and implementation outcomes.Manage change control, issue resolution, and escalation processes.Oversee program quality, compliance, and successful transition to business operations.Mandatory Requirements:Proven experience managing at least 3–4 large-scale Oracle ERP/Fusion implementations.Experience serving as an independent PMO/Program Manager, representing the client side.Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and ERP transformation initiatives.Demonstrated success in managing complex, enterprise-wide ERP programs.PMP, PRINCE2, and other relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), PgMP (Program Management Professional), and ITIL (for service-oriented projects).Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience within the Energy & Utilities (E&U) sector.Exposure to the Oil & Gas industry, particularly drilling operations.Understanding of Saudi Aramco culture, governance standards, and stakeholder environment.Experience working in the GCC region, preferably Saudi Arabia.Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
