ERP Programme Manager

We're partnering with a one of our key clients in Abu Dhabi to find an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major ERP implementation. It's a high-profile role, ideal for someone who has taken ERP programmes from initial concept right through to go-live and enjoys seeing them deliver results.The roleYou'll take ownership of the full ERP programme: shaping the vision, building the roadmap and guiding delivery through design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support. As the key link between the business and its technology partners, you'll keep the programme on track, within budget and focused on delivering real operational benefits.ResponsibilitiesLeading the programme from business case and requirements through to go-live and beyondSetting up governance, plans, budgets and risk managementBringing together stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain, procurement and ITManaging vendors and systems integrators, holding them to agreed scope, quality and timescalesDriving process change and supporting teams as they adopt new ways of workingKeeping senior management and the programme board updated on progress and key decisionsQualificationsDegree in Computer Science or similar10 years+ experience in project/programme managementPMP, PRINCE2, MSP or a similar qualification would be an advantageA strong track record of delivering ERP implementations end to endManufacturing ERP experience is essential, ideally SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) or IFSA good understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, MRP, stock control and supply chainExcellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to engage confidently with operational teams and senior leadership alikeOrganised, commercially minded and composed under pressure
