ERP Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of project management expertise to join our team at Technosoft. This role involves managing projects and engaging in all areas of IT service delivery. The Project Manager will build strong client relationships, oversee team members, and successfully deliver solutions to our clients.Responsibilities and Expectations:Serve as the client liaison, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Build and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.Deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope.Manage resource teams, including subcontractors, providing direction for project delievrables.Work within established Project Management frameworks and templates.Develop and maintain project schedules, scope, and costs.Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and key stakeholders to manage project complexities.Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities, applying mitigation strategies.Establish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals.Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder engagement activities.Ensure project documentation, reports, and plans are accurate and complete.Communicate effectively with stakeholders using multiple methods.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 8 to 10 years of progressive and relevant project management experience in IT projects.Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.Proven ability to manage technical staff, including, developers, testers, and business analysts.Experience managing teams remotely across multiple countries.Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, and Agile.Expert in planning, costing, monitoring and controlling project progress.Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.Ability to embed change and realize project benefits.Experience in IT operations and change management.Experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM projects is preferred.Background in the automotive industry, especially dealer management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
