Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Mode: Full-Time Onsite – 5 Days/WeekContract Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation projects, with strong hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs through Go-Live.

The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, stakeholder and vendor management skills, and experience coordinating implementation activities across Finance, Procurement, SCM, and HCM.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects from planning through Go-Live and Hypercare.Establish and maintain project governance, plans, milestones, and delivery controls.Manage project RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.Coordinate SIT and UAT activities across business and technical teams.Manage change requests, scope, timelines, and project dependencies.Lead cutover planning, Go-Live activities, and post-Go-Live Hypercare.Coordinate with Oracle implementation partners, vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders.Provide regular project status updates and ensure effective stakeholder communication.Ensure project deliverables are aligned with business requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.Drive issue resolution and escalate critical risks or delivery concerns as required.Required CertificationPMP or PRINCE2 certificationRequired Skills10+ years of overall ERP experience5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projectsExperience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects through Go-LiveStrong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPExperience across Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HCMStrong Project Governance experienceHands-on experience with RAID ManagementExperience managing Change RequestsStrong SIT/UAT Coordination experienceExperience managing Cutover & Go-LiveExperience supporting Hypercare activitiesStrong Stakeholder Management and Vendor/Implementation Partner ManagementFluent English – B2+Preferred SkillsExperience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM)Middle East ERP project experienceExperience working on U.S. Government contractsExperience with FMS environmentsKnowledge of DCAA-compliant accountingArabic language skills
