Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of ERP projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience combined with a solid understanding of ERP systems, business processes, stakeholder management, and change management.The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring ERP projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards, while coordinating business users, technical teams, ERP vendors, consultants, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Project ManagementLead the end-to-end implementation, upgrade, rollout, or enhancement of ERP projects.Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.Manage project execution according to approved methodology and governance standards.Monitor project progress, costs, risks, issues, and overall performance.Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.Manage project documentation, status reports, steering committee updates, and project dashboards.ERP ImplementationLead ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and go-live.Coordinate ERP functional and technical teams across modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Projects, and other relevant areas.Ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements and agreed functional specifications.Coordinate system integration with other applications, platforms, and third-party systems.Oversee data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and master-data readiness.Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign-off before go-live.Coordinate cutover and go-live activities and ensure appropriate post-go-live support.Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, ERP vendors, implementation partners, and senior management.Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and status reviews.Manage ERP implementation partners and third-party vendors against contractual commitments and SLAs.Resolve conflicts and escalate critical issues when required.Maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Risk, Issue & Change ManagementIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely mitigation of risks and resolution of issues.Manage scope changes through formal change-control processes.Assess the impact of proposed changes on cost, schedule, resources, and business operations.Ensure effective organizational change management and user adoption.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of ERP project management experience.Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations or major ERP transformation projects.Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project governance.Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resource management.Preferred ERP ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following ERP platforms is preferred:SAP / SAP S/4HANAOracle ERP Cloud / Oracle E-Business SuiteMicrosoft Dynamics 365InforIFSOdooOther enterprise ERP platforms.Preferred CertificationsPMP or equivalent project management certification.PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.ERP-specific certifications are an advantage.Working RelationshipsThe ERP Project Manager will work closely with:CIO / IT DirectorCFO / Finance LeadershipBusiness Process OwnersERP Functional & Technical TeamsIT Infrastructure & Integration TeamsPMOERP Vendors and Implementation PartnersKey Business UsersSenior ManagementIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a results-oriented ERP professional and strong project leader who can translate business objectives into executable ERP initiatives.
