Job Description – Odoo ERP Project LeadDepartment: Information TechnologyEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Project Lead to lead Odoo ERP implementation and enhancement projects, manage vendor relationships, gather business requirements, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Odoo ERP implementation projects from planning to go-live.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Odoo implementation partner.Review functional specifications, workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and implementation progress.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions before deployment.Maintain project documentation and support continuous system improvements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience leading Odoo ERP implementation projects.Experience working with Odoo implementation partners or ERP vendors.Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP, Odoo Studio, business process analysis, and requirements gathering.Good understanding of Python, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, system integrations, user roles, security, and multi-company environments.Experience with Odoo modules including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and CRM.Preferred QualificationsOdoo Functional Certification.PMP, Agile, or Scrum Certification.Experience delivering end-to-end Odoo implementations.Previous experience in the Trading, Automotive, or Distribution industries is a plus.
