ERP- SCM Techno Functional

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain processes and end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex business requirements, translate them into scalable Oracle solutions, and work closely with stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.Job ResponsibilitiesStrong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand and Supply Planning.Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules, including Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics.Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools such as OTBI, OBIEE and BOBJ, and Excel-based analytics.Ability to conduct workshops and end-user training and prepare functional documentation.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail. Preferred ExperienceExposure to Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service for application extensions, custom user-interface development, and process automation would be an advantage.Exposure to Oracle APEX for developing lightweight applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions would be an advantage.Exposure to Oracle Agentic AI for developing detailed-level bots and automation solutions would be an advantage.
