ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

We are currently seeking ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and resolving system-related problems.Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.Support end-users by providing training and functional assistance as needed.Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration in construction industry.Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar).Proficient in SQL and programming (Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET); both are mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:Attractive salary package (AED 9,000 – 10,000)Career growth and long-term opportunitiesProfessional and dynamic work environment
