ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

We are currently seeking ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and resolving system-related problems.Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.Support end-users by providing training and functional assistance as needed.Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration within the Construction Industry.Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as ePromis, Oracle, Xpedeon, Focus, or equivalent ERP platforms.Mandatory: Strong proficiency in SQL and programming, with hands-on experience in either Python or Angular or PowerBuilder or similar.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features, functions, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, management, and cross-functional teams.
