Who We Are?As one of the leading companies in the Food & Beverage Services field, we are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and quality-oriented colleagues to join our innovative, dynamic team for the position of “ERP Systems Development Senior Analyst” located in our Head Office.General Qualifications:Graduated from universities, preferably with a degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or MathematicsAt least 5 years of experience in the fieldKnowledgeable in at least one of the following areas within corporate applications: logistics, production, or financial processesAdvanced level of written and spoken English proficiencyExperienced in business analysis, process management, and problem-solvingFamiliar with HelpDesk operations, user management, and corporate applicationsKnowledgeable in project management and testing processesStrong communication skills with high coordination and follow-up abilitiesPossesses strong analytical thinking skills, with proficiency in reporting and documentationHands-on, takes ownership, result-oriented, and demonstrates a practical working approachJob Description:Taking ownership of logistics, production, and financial applications and ensuring business continuity.Reviewing software development requests from business stakeholders; performing scope, risk, and impact analyses.Analyzing business needs in detail and translating them into technical requirements, user stories, and API specifications.Managing testing processes, preparing test scenarios, and performing functional manual tests.Managing the deployment and rollout processes of products into the production environment.Regularly auditing and reporting operational processes and field controls; monitoring the performance and stability of applications in the production environment and developing improvement actions.Carrying out analysis, documentation, and coordination tasks within project and process improvement initiatives.
