ERP Technical Business Analyst - Arabic Speaking Required

Role Overview : We are looking for an ERP Technical Business Analyst to join our team and act as the key bridge between our internal team, agents, and the development team.This is a technical and analytical role, not a traditional customer support position. We are looking for someone who can independently investigate issues, identify root causes, understand business requirements, and translate them into clear, implementation-ready technical specifications.🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze reported system issues and operational problems.
• Communicate with teams and agents to understand business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Define required screens, workflows, validation rules, reports, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are complete and ready for implementation.
• Perform advanced SQL investigations and approved database updates when required.
• Configure ERP settings, users, roles, permissions, and system parameters.
• Configure third-party services such as Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) and similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement minor PHP and JavaScript code changes when required.
• Reproduce issues, identify root causes, document findings, and support testing before deployment.
• Create ERP documentation, user guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Record instructional videos explaining ERP features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct online and in-person training sessions for users, agents, and new team members.
• Prepare training materials and support successful adoption of new ERP features and processes.🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical support, business analysis, ERP, CRM, or software implementation.
• Strong SQL knowledge with the ability to investigate complex database issues and safely perform database updates.
• Good understanding of PHP and JavaScript for troubleshooting and minor code changes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, implementation requirements, and technical documentation.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to create instructional videos and learning materials.
• Ability to deliver effective training to both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
• Experience working directly with software development teams.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
