ERP Technical Consultant – PaaS/SaaS

We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Consultant – PaaS/SaaS to support the technical design, development, integration, customization, reporting, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.The role will focus on delivering technical solutions across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules, while supporting Oracle PaaS/SaaS platforms, integrations, reporting tools, data migration, and post-implementation support. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the technical implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applicationsWork across Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules to design and deliver technical solutionsDevelop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP, WSDL, and related web servicesDevelop reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle Fusion reporting tooSupport customizations and extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, DBCS, and ATP. Assist with data migration, validation, and loading activities using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HS DL.Gather technical requirements in coordination with functional consultants and business stakeholders.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable ERP solutions.Support testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, reports, workflows, customizations, and system performance .Prepare technical documentation, design documents, test scripts, deployment documents, and user guides.Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business users to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and technical support. RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience as an ERP / Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), along with custom development using VBCS or Oracle APEX..Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. Experience working across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules. Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, DBCS, and ATP.Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics. Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, WSDL, web services, SQL, and data analysis.Knowledge of Oracle application tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HSDL.Strong understanding of ERP processes, integrations, reporting, customization, and technical support.Ability to collaborate with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
