ERPNext Backend Developer (Python /Frappe)

Job descriptionJob Title: ERP NeXT DeveloperExperience Level: 1-3 YearsLocation: 6 OctoberEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are seeking a passionate and skilled ERP NeXT Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining ERP NeXT modules to meet our business requirements. They should have a strong understanding of ERP NeXT architecture, Python programming, and Frappe Framework.This role is ONLY for developers with hands-on ERPNext/Frappe experience. Generic Python, .NET, Java, Flutter, or Frontend experience without ERPNext will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:Customize and develop ERP NeXT modules based on business requirements.Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities within the ERP NeXT ecosystem.Integrate ERP NeXT with third-party applications and APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP NeXT modules and configurations.Create and maintain custom scripts (Server and Client scripts) to enhance ERP NeXT functionalities.Perform database management tasks, including writing queries and managing backups.Participate in requirement gathering and analyze business needs to provide effective solutions.Conduct testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimize system performance.Prepare technical documentation for developed features, workflows, and customizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.Skills and Qualifications:2+ years hands-on ERPNext/Frappe experience.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python programming.Hands-on experience with ERP NeXT and Frappe Framework.Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, and RESTful APIs.Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL databases and query optimization.Experience with Git for version control.ERPNextFrappe FrameworkPythonMariaDBRedisBenchLinuxERP DevelopmentREST APIGit Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with customizing ERP NeXT modules such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, or CRM.Understanding of Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu and basic server management.
