ERPNext Consultant/Project Head

Team members join a dynamic environment that values quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction in every meal served.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERPNext Consultant role based in Kozhikode. The ERPNext Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERPNext modules to support core restaurant operations such as inventory, procurement, sales, finance, and HR. The role includes gathering business requirements from stakeholders, mapping processes into ERPNext, and customizing workflows, forms, and reports to improve operational efficiency. The consultant will provide user training, prepare documentation, and offer day-to-day support to ensure smooth system usage across locations. The role also involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with external vendors or technical teams when needed, and recommending enhancements aligned with business growth and best practices.Qualifications Strong functional knowledge of ERPNext or similar ERP systems, including configuration, workflow setup, and basic customization.Experience in business process analysis and mapping, ideally in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail operations.Comfort with data management tasks such as data migration, master data setup, and generating analytical reports or dashboards.Good understanding of inventory, sales, purchasing, and basic accounting principles as they relate to restaurant operations.Ability to train and support end users, create clear documentation, and communicate technical concepts in simple terms.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate system issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience working with cloud-based business applications; basic scripting or customization skills in ERPNext (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Frappe framework) are an advantage.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
