Our culture emphasizes technical innovation, agile development, and real-world problem solving.Role OverviewAs an ERPNext Developer in our Gujarat office, you will work closely with enterprise clients in the manufacturing and service sectors. This role requires advanced customization skills, ERP process mapping expertise, and the ability to integrate ERPNext with financial systems, CRMs, and third-party APIs. You will collaborate directly with business analysts, project managers, and clients to deliver tailored ERP solutions.Note : PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FRAPPE FRAMEWORK AND ERPNext is must for this roleKey ResponsibilitiesERPNext Customization & DevelopmentDesign, build, and deploy custom ERPNext modules aligned with client requirements.Customize modules like Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing.Develop custom DocTypes, Workflows, Role Permissions, Reports, Print Formats, and Client/Server Scripts.Build custom dashboards for C-level executives with KPI visualization.Backend Development (Frappe Framework)Write clean and efficient Python code for ERPNext logic, APIs, and automation scripts.Manage database schemas, security permissions, and data migrations.Integration & API DevelopmentIntegrate ERPNext with payment gateways, CRM tools, external accounting systems, and cloud apps.Develop REST API endpoints and webhooks for real-time data synchronization.Testing & DeploymentConduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.Deploy applications on Linux-based servers (Ubuntu preferred).Use Git-based CI/CD pipelines for version control and automated deployment.Client CollaborationConduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients in Mumbai’s industrial and service hubs.Provide ERPNext training sessions to client teams.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Strong Python programming skills.Solid Frappe Framework and ERPNext expertise (v13+ preferred).Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for ERPNext front-end customizations.Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, SQL queries, and schema optimization.Familiarity with Linux-based environments.Understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and trading business processes is a plus.Good communication skillsPreferred SkillsERP implementation experience for manufacturing companies.Knowledge of accounting, tax compliance (GST), and financial reporting.Experience with Docker containerization.What We OfferGujarat based client portfolio with real impact ERP projects.Learning allowance for certifications.Flexible working optionsCareer growth into ERP Project Lead roles.
