We're Hiring: ERPNext Developer—Manna Group of CompaniesKerala, India | Full-timeAbout UsManna Group is a Kerala-based rubber reclaiming and tyre business with operations across India and the UAE, spanning Manna Treads, Manna Retreads, and Manna Tyres UAE. About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced ERPNext developer to maintain and extend our existing ERPNext-based systems and build new ones as our business grows. You'll work closely with our internal IT team and business stakeholders to understand real operational needs and turn them into reliable ERPNext solutions.What You'll Do- Maintain and enhance our existing ERPNext applications, including our field sales and operations systems- Design and build new DocTypes, workflows, reports, and custom apps on the Frappe/ERP Next framework- Work with Frappe Cloud hosting, including server scripts, APIs, and integrations- Integrate ERPNext with other systems in our stack, including Supabase and SAP Business One- Collaborate with business teams to understand processes before implementing solutions- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production ERPNext instancesWhat We're Looking For- At least 4 years of professional development experience- Proven experience developing on ERPNext / Frappe Framework (Python, DocTypes, server scripts, REST API)- Solid understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, with the ability to fully grasp our operational context before building- Ability to build connected applications around ERPNext (mobile, web, or integration layers) using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude as a core part of the workflow- Experience with Frappe Cloud or self-hosted ERPNext deployments- Comfortable working with REST APIs and third-party integrations- Excellent spoken and written English- Strong communication skills—able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders- Must be able to commute to our company locations- Plus: experience integrating ERPNext with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems- Plus: experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or FlutterTo ApplyPlease share your resume along with details of ERPNext projects you've built or maintained.
