DataSoft is an Egyptian company operating under the Investment Authority and free zones regulations.Role Description The ERPNext Implementer will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and configuration of ERPNext modules to meet client business requirements. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing business needs, designing workflows, setting up and customizing ERPNext, conducting data migration, and performing system testing and quality assurance. The role involves training end users, preparing documentation, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure successful adoption of the system. The ERPNext Implementer will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to optimize processes and improve system performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza.QualificationsStrong knowledge of ERPNext implementation, including configuration of core modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and Manufacturing.Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and workflow design for small to medium enterprises and larger organizations.Proficiency in data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure accuracy, stability, and performance of implemented solutions.Ability to create clear user documentation, conduct end-user training, and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.Familiarity with basic scripting or customization (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Frappe framework) is an advantage.Background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field; relevant ERP certifications are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering practical solutions.Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in October, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
