Salary + Performance Incentives + Potential Equity, subject to agreed milestones and performanceCOMPANY DESCRIPTIONBLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a corporate legal and LegalTech organization working in coordination with the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is developing an integrated India–UAE platform for project finance, asset management, fundraising, corporate legal management, banking relationships, and institutional investment collaboration.For a specific large-scale project, BLACKBULL is seeking an experienced Escrow & Consortium Manager capable of coordinating the financial architecture of the project across banking, asset management, fundraising, credit, escrow, and institutional relationships.This is a specialized execution position requiring practical knowledge of how assets, project cash flows, banking facilities, investor capital, security structures, and institutional funding can be organized within a professionally controlled financial framework.ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe Escrow & Consortium Manager will be responsible for developing and coordinating the banking, escrow, consortium, fundraising, asset-management, and credit framework required for one designated BLACKBULL project.The professional should understand both sides of project financing: how capital is raised and how capital, assets, security, cash flows, and investor/lender interests are controlled after funding.The selected candidate will work with BLACKBULL management, legal professionals, banks, investors, asset owners, financial institutions, lenders, NBFCs, fund managers, valuers, auditors, and other transaction participants.This is not a conventional relationship-manager position. The role requires a professional capable of taking a project from financial structuring and consortium development through due diligence, banking negotiations, escrow architecture, fundraising coordination, documentation, and ultimately financial closure.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Escrow ManagementDevelop an appropriate escrow framework for the designated project in coordination with licensed banks, financial institutions, legal counsel, and other authorized service providers.The candidate should understand:- Escrow account structures- Controlled collection accounts- Project revenue accounts- Cash-flow waterfalls- Debt-service mechanisms- Reserve accounts- Security and charge structures- Conditions precedent for fund release- Authorized payment mechanisms- Investor/lender reporting- Reconciliation and transaction monitoringThe Manager will coordinate the structure rather than independently perform any regulated banking, custody, trustee, or fund-management activity requiring a licence.2. Banking Consortium DevelopmentIdentify and coordinate suitable banks, NBFCs, private credit providers, financial institutions, institutional investors, and other eligible financing partners for the project.Responsibilities include developing a consortium or multi-institution funding strategy where appropriate, determining potential participation levels, coordinating information requirements, and supporting negotiations between participating institutions.The candidate should understand consortium lending, syndicated facilities, senior and subordinate debt, working-capital facilities, term loans, structured credit, asset-backed facilities, and project-finance structures.3. Fundraising & Capital ArrangementDevelop and execute a fundraising strategy for the project through suitable:Banks | NBFCs | Family Offices | Private Credit Funds | Institutional Investors | Strategic Investors | PE Funds | Corporate Investors | International Investment ChannelsDepending upon project suitability, the financing structure may include:Debt + Equity + Structured Credit + Asset-Backed Finance + Strategic Investment + Revenue/Profit ParticipationThe candidate should have the capability to identify decision-makers, present the project professionally, coordinate investor discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and progress credible opportunities toward closure.4. Asset Management & Portfolio StructuringEvaluate how the project's underlying assets can support financing and capital formation.Responsibilities may include coordinating:- Independent asset valuation- Asset verification- Ownership and title due diligence- Cash-flow assessment- Existing encumbrance analysis- Security coverage- Asset monetization strategies- Portfolio development- Collateral structures- Revenue-generating capacity- Financial risk assessmentThe objective is to develop an institutionally acceptable asset and project portfolio capable of supporting appropriate fundraising and credit discussions.5. Bank Credit & Project FinanceThe Manager should have strong practical knowledge of how banks evaluate project and corporate credit.This includes understanding:- Loan-to-value and security coverage- DSCR and project cash flows- EBITDA and operating performance- Credit appraisal- Promoter contribution- Debt-equity ratios- Working-capital assessment- Collateral requirements- Guarantees and covenants- Repayment structures- Credit-rating considerations- Due diligence- Term sheets and sanction conditionsThe professional should be capable of converting the project's commercial information into a bankable financial proposition.ONE-PROJECT MANDATEThis appointment is initially designed around one designated project.The selected professional will be expected to study the complete project, understand its assets and revenue model, identify financial weaknesses, establish an appropriate funding architecture, develop banking and investor relationships, and coordinate execution.Performance will therefore be measured primarily through actual project development and transaction progress, rather than networking activity alone.Expected deliverables may include:1. Project finance strategy and funding requirement analysis.2. Asset and security mapping.3. Proposed escrow and cash-flow-control architecture.4. Bank/NBFC/investor consortium strategy.5.
