experienced Escrow Clerk / Fine Dining Host / Cold Chain Inspector to support escrow documentation, transaction administration, premium guest services, restaurant coordination, temperature-controlled logistics, inspection records, and operational quality checks.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, polished, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information, VIP guests, food-service requirements, temperature records, suppliers, logistics documentation, and multiple operational priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with routine escrow administration according to approved financial procedures and internal controls.Maintain accurate escrow account records, transaction references, client information, agreements, payment instructions, approvals, and supporting documentation.Review escrow documentation for completeness, consistency, authorized signatures, dates, references, and required supporting information.Enter approved transaction and account information accurately into banking, ERP, accounting, CRM, or escrow-management systems.Maintain escrow registers, transaction trackers, approval records, document checklists, and outstanding-item logs.Assist with recording approved deposits, releases, transfers, refunds, fees, and transaction-related documentation.Reconcile approved escrow records against transaction reports, statements, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.Coordinate with finance teams, banks, legal representatives, clients, vendors, brokers, and authorized stakeholders regarding routine administrative matters.Follow up on missing documents, incomplete instructions, pending approvals, rejected submissions, and outstanding transaction requirements.Assist with preparing routine escrow reports, account summaries, transaction schedules, and reconciliation information.Identify discrepancies or unusual instructions and escalate them to authorized financial, compliance, or management personnel.Never independently authorize fund releases or make financial decisions outside assigned authority.Maintain organized electronic and physical files for escrow agreements, transaction records, correspondence, approvals, and supporting documents.Protect highly confidential financial, customer, identification, contractual, and commercial information.Follow applicable KYC, AML, data-protection, information-security, and financial-control procedures.Welcome guests, VIP clients, executives, business partners, and restaurant visitors professionally.Manage reservations, guest arrivals, seating coordination, waiting lists, special occasions, and approved dining requests.Provide polished assistance consistent with fine-dining hospitality standards.Coordinate with restaurant managers, servers, chefs, sommeliers, event teams, concierge personnel, valet services, and reservations staff.Confirm reservations and communicate approved guest preferences, dietary requirements, seating requests, and special arrangements.Maintain accurate reservation calendars, guest profiles, seating records, event schedules, and service-request logs.Assist with private dining, business dinners, VIP events, celebrations, corporate functions, and special guest arrangements.Provide approved information regarding menus, restaurant services, dining schedules, facilities, events, and guest procedures.Handle guest inquiries and concerns courteously and escalate complaints, food-safety concerns, medical matters, security issues, or sensitive requests appropriately.Maintain a welcoming, organized, discreet, and professional reception or host area.Assist with receiving and reviewing documentation related to temperature-controlled food, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or other approved cold-chain shipments.Verify shipment details including product description, quantity, batch or lot number, packaging, origin, destination, transport reference, and required temperature range.Review temperature logs, data-logger records, shipment records, delivery notes, and inspection documentation according to approved procedures.Assist with routine inspections of refrigerated storage areas, vehicles, containers, freezers, chillers, and temperature-monitoring equipment.Record inspection dates, temperatures, locations, equipment identifiers, observations, deviations, photographs, and corrective-action requirements.Verify that cold-chain shipments have been maintained within approved temperature requirements during storage and transportation where records are available.Identify temperature excursions, damaged packaging, incorrect labeling, expired products, compromised seals, or other non-conformities and escalate promptly.Coordinate with warehouse teams, cold-chain logistics providers, drivers, suppliers, quality personnel, laboratories, pharmacies, food-service teams, and customers.Maintain cold-chain inspection registers, temperature records, shipment trackers, deviation reports, and corrective-action logs.Assist with reviewing calibration records and inspection status of temperature-monitoring devices where authorized.Support quarantine, segregation, hold, release, or disposition documentation according to approved quality procedures.Track corrective actions, supplier responses, re-inspections, investigations, and closure status.Maintain organized electronic and physical files for temperature records, inspection reports, shipment documents, certificates, photographs, and supporting evidence.Assist with internal audits, supplier assessments, cold-chain reviews, quality inspections, and operational compliance checks.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering escrow activities, dining operations, cold-chain inspections, deviations, and outstanding tasks.Maintain organized records covering financial, customer, guest, supplier, shipment, inventory, and inspection documentation.Protect confidential financial, guest, customer, product, supplier, and commercial information.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Food Safety, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in escrow or financial administration, luxury hospitality, restaurant operations, cold-chain logistics, quality inspection, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.Experience across two or more of escrow administration, financial operations, fine dining, hospitality, cold-chain logistics, quality control, inspection, or inventory is advantageous.Strong understanding of financial documentation, customer service, hospitality standards, cold-chain procedures, inspection records, and document control.Familiarity with escrow accounts, transaction reconciliation, KYC/AML documentation, payment instructions, or financial-control procedures is advantageous.Familiarity with temperature-controlled logistics, HACCP principles, temperature monitoring, data loggers, refrigerated transport, or food/pharmaceutical cold-chain procedures is advantageous.Fine-dining, luxury hospitality, VIP service, reservations, or event-hosting experience is advantageous.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, French, or Russian are advantageous.Professional, polished, discreet, approachable, organized, and service-oriented manner.Exceptional attention to detail when
