Location: Dubai, UAEWork Model: Hybrid | Project-Based EngagementProject Focus: Dubai-based financial consortium for Indian projectsPosition: Senior Consortium Expert – Banking & Project FinanceCompensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Potential Equity ParticipationExperience: 10–15+ Years PreferredCOMPANY DESCRIPTIONBLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a corporate legal and LegalTech organization working in coordination with the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is developing an international platform for banking consortium arrangements, project finance, institutional fundraising, asset management, and cross-border investment.BLACKBULL is seeking to establish a Dubai-based financial consortium capable of bringing together banks, investment institutions, private credit providers, family offices, corporate investors, and strategic financial partners to finance eligible Indian business projects.Our objective is to create a structured financial ecosystem through which multiple banking and investment institutions can participate in a single project under clearly defined funding commitments, security arrangements, investment terms, governance responsibilities, and risk-sharing mechanisms.ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced Consortium Finance Expert who understands banking operations, institutional fundraising, asset-backed lending, corporate credit, project finance, and the development of multi-institutional financing arrangements.The selected professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating a financial consortium from Dubai to arrange capital for Indian companies, business acquisitions, commercial assets, and large-scale projects.The primary mandate is to bring multiple financial institutions and investors together to support a single eligible project through an appropriately structured combination of bank credit, debt, equity, private investment, and asset-backed financing.This is a senior execution-oriented role requiring proven financial relationships, transaction structuring capabilities, and the ability to progress funding mandates toward financial closure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.

Banking Consortium Development- Establish a consortium of banks, financial institutions, investment companies, and private capital providers.- Identify suitable lead arrangers, participating lenders, investors, and financial partners.- Develop syndicated lending, consortium credit, and co-investment structures.- Coordinate credit assessments, institutional approvals, funding commitments, and inter-creditor arrangements.- Negotiate commercially viable financing terms for eligible Indian projects.2. Project Finance & Fundraising- Arrange debt, equity, structured finance, private credit, and institutional investment.- Prepare project financing strategies based on capital requirements, asset valuation, business cash flows, and financial feasibility.- Coordinate financial modelling, due diligence, credit proposals, investment memoranda, and term sheets.- Develop relationships with international investors and corporate institutions capable of participating in substantial funding transactions.- Support financial closure within agreed project milestones, subject to institutional approvals.3. Asset Management & Credit Structuring- Evaluate commercial properties, industrial assets, operating businesses, investment portfolios, and revenue-generating projects.- Structure suitable asset-backed and cash-flow-based financing solutions.- Explore financing of up to approximately 40% of independently assessed eligible asset value, subject to lender underwriting and applicable regulations.- Design appropriate collateral, repayment, security, credit-enhancement, and investor-return mechanisms.- Coordinate asset valuation, portfolio monitoring, and risk-management arrangements.4. India–Dubai Financial Collaboration- Develop strategic relationships between UAE financial institutions and Indian banks, NBFCs, corporate investors, and business channels.- Support BLACKBULL's proposed NBFC development and institutional banking partnerships in India.- Establish compliant cross-border investment and project-finance arrangements.- Develop appropriate frameworks for investor reporting, capital deployment, repayment, and profit distribution.- Coordinate international financing structures in compliance with applicable Indian and UAE laws, including relevant RBI/FEMA requirements.PRIMARY PROJECT MANDATEThe selected expert will be expected to develop a consortium financing structure for one major Indian project, bringing together suitable banks, investors, asset-finance institutions, and corporate partners.The professional must be capable of assessing the project's financing requirements, identifying participating institutions, negotiating credit and investment terms, coordinating due diligence, and managing the transaction through to financial closure.The objective is to establish a successful initial consortium that can serve as a foundation for future institutional partnerships and additional project-finance mandates.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in consortium banking, syndicated lending, corporate banking, project finance, structured finance, asset management, or institutional fundraising.- Demonstrable experience arranging financing involving multiple banks, lenders, or investors.- Strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, investment funds, family offices, private credit providers, and corporate financial institutions.- Expertise in credit appraisal, financial modelling, asset valuation, risk assessment, and transaction structuring.- Ability to negotiate complex financing arrangements and coordinate multiple stakeholders.- Experience in Indian corporate finance and UAE or international financial markets.- Strong understanding of banking regulations, investment compliance, collateral structures, and cross-border financing.- MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent finance or banking qualifications are preferred.SPECIAL APPOINTMENT CONDITIONSBLACKBULL is looking for a professional who can deliver measurable results rather than provide general financial advice or introductory networking services.Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their previous consortium financing transactions, institutional relationships, fundraising experience, and proposed strategy for financing the initial project.Salary, performance-based incentives, and potential equity participation may be offered to suitable candidates under mutually agreed terms, subject to their responsibilities, agreed milestones, and demonstrated contribution.Any regulated financing, investment arrangement, or banking activity will be undertaken through appropriately licensed institutions and subject to applicable regulatory approvals.OUR OBJECTIVETo establish a strong Dubai-based financial consortium connecting international capital with eligible Indian assets, businesses, and projects, supported by professional credit management, institutional partnerships, transparent governance, and sustainable investment structures.BLACKBULL welcomes experienced consortium arrangers, senior bankers, project finance specialists, and institutional investment professionals who have the relationships and execution capabilities to develop and complete substantial financing transactions.
