会社概要募集企業はサステナビリティテクノロジー企業として、企業の脱炭素化やサステナビリティ経営の推進を支援しています。ポジション概要顧客企業のGHG排出量算定、ESG開示対応、脱炭素戦略の立案・推進を支援していただきます。自動車、半導体などの製造業、建設業界を中心とした幅広い業界のクライアントに対し、コンサルティングサービスを提供するとともに、プロダクト開発チームと連携しながら新機能や新サービスの企画にも携わることができるポジションです。主な業務内容自動車、半導体、建設、製造業界向けのサステナビリティおよび脱炭素コンサルティングの提供GHG排出量の算定・分析および排出削減施策の提案排出削減目標の設定支援および脱炭素ロードマップ策定ESG・サステナビリティ情報開示に関するアドバイザリー業務国内外の規制動向や業界トレンドの調査・分析プロダクトチームと連携した新機能・新サービスの企画および改善提案応募要件以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方自動車、半導体、もしくは建設業界向けのコンサルティング経験（3年以上）事業会社でのサステナビリティ推進、環境管理、ESG、脱炭素関連業務経験（3年以上）顧客との折衝・課題解決に関する高いコミュニケーション能力サステナビリティ、ESG、気候変動、環境戦略に対する強い関心GHG排出量算定、脱炭素戦略、ESG開示に関する知識をお持ちの方歓迎プロダクト開発や新規サービス企画への興味をお持ちの方About the Company & RoleCompany OverviewThe company is a rapidly growing sustainability technology organization helping businesses accelerate their decarbonization and sustainability initiatives. By combining technology with advisory services, it supports clients in carbon management, ESG disclosure, sustainability reporting, and climate strategy development.Role OverviewAs an Industry Sustainability Consultant, you will partner with clients to address greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions measurement, sustainability reporting, and decarbonization planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage industry expertise while contributing to innovative climate technology solutions and new service development. You will work closely with clients across the Automotive, Semiconductor, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors while collaborating with internal product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver sustainability and decarbonization consulting services to clients across Automotive, Semiconductor, Construction, and Manufacturing industriesSupport GHG accounting, emissions measurement, and carbon reduction initiativesAssist clients in setting emissions reduction targets and developing decarbonization roadmapsAdvise organizations on ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and evolving regulatory requirementsConduct market research, industry analysis, and regulatory monitoring related to sustainability trendsCollaborate with product and technology teams to design and enhance new features, solutions, and service offeringsKey RequirementsRequired ExperienceMinimum 3 years of consulting experience supporting clients within Automotive, Semiconductor, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors; orMinimum 3 years of in-house experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or decarbonization-related functionsDemonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and solve complex business challengesSkills & QualificationsKnowledge of sustainability, ESG, climate change, or environmental management practicesExperience with carbon accounting, GHG emissions management, sustainability reporting, or decarbonization programs is highly desirableIndustry expertise within Automotive, Semiconductor, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors is advantageousWhy Apply?Build deep expertise in sustainability, ESG, and decarbonization while leveraging your existing industry knowledgeWork on high-impact climate and sustainability projects across multiple industriesContribute to product innovation and the development of new sustainability solutions beyond traditional consultingJoin a rapidly expanding Climate Tech market with strong long-term growth potential
