Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Espresso Machine Technician based in the United Arab Emirates. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various espresso machines and coffee equipment. Key tasks include conducting inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer support during installations and service calls. Additional responsibilities include documenting repair work and ensuring all services meet quality standards.Qualification s: Technical proficiency in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing espresso machines and coffee equipment.Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.Knowledge of various coffee equipment brands, including commercial and manual brewing systems.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Relevant technical certifications or training in appliance repair is a plus.Previous experience in the coffee industry or a related field is advantageous.Must be willing to work on-site across the UAE.
