Estate Manager

Title: Estate ManagementSalary: $110,000 - $135,000 p.a.Start: ASAPTiger is partnered with a UHNWH in Austin, Texas that is currently looking for an Estate Manager to look after multiple properties. This person would have responsibility for the for all aspect of the properties, rennovations, construction, and working with vendors and inside the residence. Candidates must have worked within a UHNWH and have managed multiple residensces concurrently in the Austin area.RESPONSIBILITIES:Full household management at the primary residenceProactively maintaining stock of all suppliesPersonal errands, concierge services, trip packing and unpackingPet care coordination for two small family dogsPlan and execute private gatheringsPartner with the property management team overseeing the family's second out-of-state residence Provide daily reporting to the Chief of StaffCoordinate household expenses and documentationQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years in a similar role as an Estate Manager, Household Manager or Property ManagerExperience in a UHNWHExperience manageing multiple propertiesExceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong working knowledge of home systemsStrong technical proficiency with centralized tracking systemsClickUp experienceValid driver's license, clean record, reliable vehicle, and comfort driving high-value automobiles.Able to lift to 40 lbs.
