Estate Manager (Property Manager)

Job SummaryA confidential organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large private estate in Abu Dhabi.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the estate by managing operational teams, maintaining exceptional property standards, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring all departments work efficiently. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the estate, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards at all times.Lead and manage all operational departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Landscaping, Drivers, and other support services.Ensure all operational teams deliver a seamless and exceptional service experience.Conduct regular inspections of the estate to ensure cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and safety standards are consistently met.Manage daily operational schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels across all departments.Respond promptly to operational issues and implement practical solutions with minimal disruption.Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational resources to ensure uninterrupted service.Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across the estate.Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related to hospitality.Minimum 7 years of experience working within private estates, luxury residences, family offices, or ultra-luxury hospitality.Proven experience managing multidisciplinary operational teams.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Previous experience managing large teams in a service-driven environment.Knowledge of luxury service standards and VIP expectations.
