At Studio Julie Lemke, guiding clients in establishing and maintaining effective homecare routines is a vital part of your role. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.QualificationsA DHA-licensed Esthetician with minimum two years experience and in-depth knowledge of skin physiology, types, and conditions. Passionate about personalized skincare. You reject “one size fits all” approaches and are committed to designing tailored, results-driven experiences•     Confident working with discerning clientele, consistently delivering a white-glove, elevated standard of care•     Skilled in both traditional methods and cutting-edge modalities, including advanced facial massage techniques, LED therapy, microcurrent, dermaplaning, microneedling, and more•     Deeply knowledgeable about skincare ingredients, product formulation, and therapeutic strategies for long-term skin health•     Naturally client-focused, with a warm, compassionate, and professional presence•     Strong communicator and educator - able to guide clients in understanding their skin and maintaining effective homecare routines•     Detail-oriented, curious, and always seeking to refine your craft through ongoing learning•     Self-motivated and dependable. You thrive with autonomy but also value collaboration to enhance client outcomesKey Responsibilities:•     Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to identify client goals and conditions.•     Develop customized treatment strategies based on client skin type, lifestyle, and health factors.•     Deliver a wide range of customized facial treatments, including:o  Studio-exclusive massage techniqueso  advanced facial protocolso  LED light therapyo  Microcurrent facial sculptingo  derma-planning and microneedling•     Design bespoke treatment plans and holistic homecare routines tailored to client needs.•     Stay current with the latest skincare ingredients, trends, and technologies.•     Educate clients on skincare maintenance and best practices.•     Represent the values and standards of Studio Julie Lemke with professionalism and warmth.•     Coordinate with internal practitioners and external professionals (e.g., dermatologists) as needed to support client outcomes.•     Collaborate with fellow estheticians and professionals within the studio to elevate client experience and ensuring transformative results.•     Maintain immaculate treatment environments in alignment with safety, hygiene, and studio presentation standards. Out of scope:• Housekeeping of treatment room: In-house housekeeping will be responsible for changing sheets etc in between treatments, however you will be responsible• Scheduling: Front desk will manage scheduling, client follow-ups, and rebooking to maintain a consistent and loyal clientele- so you will have free hands to focus what you do best! You Own It.This isn’t just a treatment room - it’s your space, your specialty, your show.
