Estimation and Bidding Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Estimation & Bidding Manager to lead tendering, pricing, and business development activities, with a primary focus on Facilities Management. The role will manage the full bidding cycle, develop competitive and profitable proposals, and support business growth across government and private-sector opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full tender and bidding cycle through Etimad and other channels.Review RFPs, BOQs, scopes of work, and technical requirements.Prepare technical and commercial proposals and detailed pricing models.Analyze project costs, profitability, and pricing risks across FM, Civil, Fit-Out, and MEP scopes.Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.Build relationships with government entities, developers, consultants, and contractors.Manage the opportunity pipeline and follow up on bids through contract award.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation, tendering, and pricing within contracting or Facilities Management in Saudi Arabia.Hands-on Etimad experience is a must.Strong knowledge of Saudi government tenders and procurement requirements.Proven experience in pricing, cost analysis, and business development.Fluent in Arabic and English.PMP, RICS, CFM/FMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
