Estimation Engineer

Key Accountabilities:Reading specifications, understanding the P&ID requirements, Instrument selection and MTO development for Tagged items and bulk materialsFloating RFQ for the materials, technical evaluation, and selection of vendorsCost estimationTechnical & Cost Database developmentRaising Technical clarifications and close out for proposal preparationReading specifications, understanding the scope requirements, MTO development for all Electrical items and bulk materials (added advantage)Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering.4 to 5 years of relevant experience in estimation, proposals, instrumentation engineering, or EPC projects, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.Good knowledge of instrumentation, P&IDs, instrument specifications, MTO preparation, and vendor evaluation.Experience in RFQ preparation, technical bid evaluation, cost estimation, and proposal preparation.
