Estimation Engineer – Qatar (EPC projects, piping works, and fabrication is Must)

We are currently hiring from the UAE for an Estimation Engineer position based in Qatar.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Estimation Engineers who are currently working in the UAE and are willing to relocate to Qatar.The ideal candidate must have strong experience in EPC projects, piping, and fabrication. Candidates without relevant EPC, piping, and fabrication experience will not be considered.Job Location: QatarCandidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar upon selection.Key ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.Prepare accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and commercial proposals.Perform quantity take-offs for piping, fabrication, structural, and related EPC works.Estimate material, manpower, equipment, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor costs.Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project, and commercial teams.Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and commercial requirements.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in the EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sector.EPC experience is mandatory.Piping estimation experience is mandatory.Fabrication estimation experience is mandatory.Strong knowledge of piping materials, fabrication processes, project costing, and tendering.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
