Estimation Manager (MEP)

Key Responsibilities✅ Lead the MEP estimation team for tender submissions and pre-contract activities✅ Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs✅ Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tender pricing for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works✅ Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations✅ Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs✅ Analyze project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost optimization strategies✅ Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals in compliance with client requirements✅ Participate in tender clarification meetings and negotiations with clients and consultants✅ Maintain an updated cost database and historical project records✅ Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management teams during the tendering processRequirements✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying✔ Minimum 10–15 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP estimation and tendering✔ Strong experience in estimating high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure projects✔ Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, local market rates, and UAE construction practices✔ Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and commercial principles✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredIf you have the expertise to lead complex MEP tendering and estimation activities while delivering accurate and competitive bids, we'd like to hear from you.
