Estimation Manager – MEP | DubaiTalent Tide is seeking an experienced Estimation Manager – MEP on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and review of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing.Prepare BOQs, cost analyses, and commercial proposals.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process.Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.Ensure all estimates are competitive, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.8+ years of experience in MEP estimation, including experience in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take-offs, costing, and tendering processes.Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.If you have a strong background in MEP estimation and are looking for your next leadership opportunity in Dubai, we'd love to hear from you.
