Estimator

We're looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join our Interior Design & Fit-Out team in Dubai. You'll play a key role in shaping how we win work turning drawings and specifications into accurate, competitive cost estimates across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail fit-out projects.What you'll doReview tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to scope the full extent of worksPrepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, joinery, MEP, and finishes drawingsCompile competitive, well-substantiated cost estimates within tight tender timelinesSource and evaluate pricing from subcontractors, joinery workshops, and material suppliersMaintain an up-to-date database of material, labour, and specialist trade ratesPropose value engineering alternatives that protect design intent and project marginsSupport post-tender negotiations and handover of awarded projects to the delivery teamWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or related field3–6 years of estimating experience, ideally within interior fit-out, joinery, or contractingStrong proficiency in Excel and estimation software (e.g. CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift)Working knowledge of AutoCAD to interpret and measure from drawingsSharp numerical accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skills to coordinate across design, procurement, and site teamsUAE market experience preferred; familiarity with Dubai Municipality/Trakhees approval processes is a plus
