The Estimator will review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate material take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations for aluminum façades, windows, doors, and related systems. The role includes coordinating with sales, engineering, and project teams to clarify technical requirements, identify value-engineering options, and ensure estimates align with project design, quality, and performance standards. The Estimator will obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes, update pricing databases, and support bid submissions and negotiations. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining organized records of estimates, tracking ongoing tenders, and contributing to continuous improvement of estimation tools and processes.Qualifications Strong skills in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation for construction or façade-related projects.Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Experience using estimation software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to develop detailed cost breakdowns.Knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, or building envelope solutions is highly beneficial.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.Solid analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.Relevant technical or engineering degree or diploma (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management) preferred.Prior experience in an estimator or similar role within construction, façade, or building materials industries is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tenders or projects simultaneously.
