Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for marble, granite, and stone works.Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.Calculate material, labour, fabrication, installation, and wastage costs.Prepare competitive quotations and pricing proposals.Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Projects teams.Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.Monitor project cost changes and assist in maintaining cost accuracy.Ensure estimates are submitted accurately and within deadlines.Requirements3–5 years of experience in estimation, preferably in marble, granite, stone, or interior fit-out.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.Strong knowledge of material quantities, wastage, labour, and installation costs.Good communication and analytical skills.UAE experience is preferred.
