ETF Portfolio ManagerJob Description: - Analyze ETF holdings, index methodologies, and performance metrics to ensure tracking accuracy.- Conduct ETF research and analysis, perform pre-trade and post-trade analysis, including liquidity assessments and execution strategy reviews.- Manage processing corporate actions, creation/redemption activities, and PCF preparation for ETF operations.- Research market trends, trading volumes, and derivatives (futures, options) under guidance.- Contribute to ETF strategy development, new product launches, and workflow improvements using tools like Excel/VBA.- Monitor ETF liquidity in coordination with PDs, MMs, and brokers; assist with compliance and reporting.- Participate in team discussions and business development activities to gain hands-on ETF experience.Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, with 1-5 years of relevant experience in ETF operations, portfolio analysis, or asset management.- Strong analytical skills; programming (e.g., VBA, Python) a plus; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or Enfusion valued.- Demonstrated in ETFs, indices, and derivatives preferred.- Strong written and communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.- Pursuing CFA, FRM, or similar a bonus.Dynamic role for professionals to shape ETF strategies in a fast-paced asset management environment!
