Apply & track with Apply EdgeA publicly traded global energy company is seeking a Global Ethics & Compliance Manager to join its corporate compliance team. This is a hands-on role supporting a global ethics and compliance program, with particular emphasis on third-party due diligence, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions, investigations, risk assessments, and compliance program management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct risk-based third-party and counterparty due diligence, identify red flags, and provide recommendations.Support ongoing third-party monitoring, sanctions, export controls, and KYC reviews.Advise on FCPA and global anti-bribery/anti-corruption matters.Support compliance investigations and risk assessments.Develop and enhance compliance policies, procedures, training, monitoring, and controls.Partner with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, HR, Commercial, Procurement, and Operations.Support compliance initiatives related to acquisitions and other strategic projects.Qualifications5 plus years of ethics and compliance experience.Hands-on third-party due diligence experience within a publicly traded company is required.Strong FCPA/anti-corruption experience and exposure to international compliance matters.Experience with investigations, sanctions, KYC, risk assessments, and/or compliance monitoring.Strong analytical, communication, and business-partnering skills.Bachelor's degree required.Experience within energy, oil & gas, maritime, infrastructure, or a related industrial sector is strongly preferred.JD and/or compliance certification is a plus.
