ETP Engineer (Effluent Treatment Plant)

Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily ETP department operations and Quality of water as per the procedures & limits2. Manage all Subordinates and their day-to-day activities, Overview O&M activities.3. Prepare and maintain the records as required and inform to Manager4. Perform calculations for plant operation and computer data entry for all report5. Maintain all required chemicals stock and arrange on time.6. Prepare the daily reports and participate technical meeting to solve the critical issues7. Arrange the maintenance team during Emergency and regular preventive maintenance8. Responsible for training and development of new joiner, operators and lab chemists.9. Communicate with stake holders and dept Manager about maintenance of health of the equipment and other plant updated jobs for smooth functioning10. Maintain the water quality as per requirement through lab report11. Prepare monthly chemical consumption and send to concerned persons12. Request the Materials and Chemicals from stores whenever required13. Follow up the Purchase to the new materials arrangements14. Execution of improvement jobs and additional tasks related to plant trials / improvement trials as per the guidance of Manager.15. Responsible for the passing of management communications in the department.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering of chemistry / Environmental.Experience in Water & Wastewater operations and maintenance.5 -8 years in large scale ETP operation experience is a must.
