Senior Non-Key Expert – EU Cooperation & Programme CycleNTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – EU Cooperation & Programme Cycle to support technical assistance assignments related to EU external cooperation, programme and project cycle management, identification and formulation of interventions, implementation support, monitoring and evaluation, and preparation of EU programme and technical documentation.Qualifications and SkillsMaster’s degree in international development, economics, public administration, international relations, European studies, or a related field.English: C1 level.Arabic is desirable.French is an asset.Professional ExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in EU external cooperation and technical assistance.Experience in project/programme identification, formulation, implementation, monitoring and/or evaluation.Experience preparing action documents, terms of reference, programme documents, roadmaps or technical notes.Experience providing training, capacity building sessions is desired.Good knowledge of NDICI–Global Europe, PRAG and EU external action procedures.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send to recruitment@ntu.eu.
