This ranges from EU grants to private investments identification, including consortium building, application writing, selection of experts, negotiation, budgeting, quality control, and evaluation of projects.Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Team Leader for EU Projects (Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, etc) to become part of our dynamic team in Athens.Your role & responsibilities:1. Team coordination and leadershipTask allocation and schedulingPerformance monitoringTraining and mentoringCross-departmental coordinationTroubleshooting2. Project planning and implementationProject supervision: oversee the initiation and management of multiple EU funded projects (Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, Horizon, etc).Contractualisation: lead the contractualisation phase for new projectsMonitoring and reporting: support PMs to prepare periodic and final reports in SYGMA/Funding & Tenders Portal3. Communication and stakeholder managementLiaison roleSteering committee participationWork package leadershipRequirementsTo qualify for the role, you must have:Academic background with a Bachelor or/and a Master's degree (preferably in Social Sciences) At least 5-8 years of project management experience in EU ProjectsAdministrative, organizational, and communication skillsResponsibility, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlinesTravel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)SkillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsOrganisational and planning skillsProblem solving and troubleshootingTechnical proficiency: advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (e.g., ASANA, Basecamp, Gantt charts), and online collaboration platforms.Language skills: excellent English (written and spoken).
