Job Description

Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsPerform hardware installation, replacement, and basic troubleshootingManage device lifecycle (allocation, tracking, refresh, decommission)Support OS (Windows/Mac), software installation, and patchingHandle basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS/DHCP)Use tools like Intune/SCCM for device managementManage tickets and ensure SLA complianceSupport onboarding/offboarding and user setupMaintain asset and support documentationEscalate complex issues to L3 teamsExperience:L1: 1–3 yearsL2: 3–5 years
